Does the process know that we are trusting it?
Guess the process I am trying to circle around..
A man is able to understand his father/ parents struggle better after he experiences the feeling of being a dad himself.
A woman is able to understand his mother/ parents struggle better after she experiences the feeling of being a mom herself.
Likewise, a manager and an associate are able to understand each other’s struggle better after experiencing the feeling of being in that position.
Truth be said, the melancholy here is,
1) Employees close their emotional side, the vulnerable side before entering the office doorstep. For the ones who once used to keep their emotional side open has paid the price of being in that state hence they are closed too.
A despair in this is, no one knows where to start and enthusiasts debate on who will start first.
But an inconsolable grief is that no one can see their own shadow, hence it is suggested by Carl Jung that we see others as a mirror into our own soul.
2) This makes us no less than a machine having capacity to run 9-5 giving extra mileage during merit days.
3) The biggest disadvantage of closing on the emotional side/ heart chakra is, they cannot open up in their social circles as well. That’s how humans numb out from many many life experiences.
4) The above 3 experiences can also happen on the social front and the employment side faces the numbing out of an individual.
5) this is a generalized view, please do not take force on yourself if it doesn’t resonate.
PS: It does not require one to study psychology to know all the above. Just being curious about your own inner voices does the magic. we Humans don’t change overnight even after knowing the facts and truth in information because convincing the conscious mind is easier than training the subconscious mind that only functions on habitual cycles.
